October . New England . 4-Wheelin'
Last weekend I was out in Boston to shoot Sam & Joan's amazing wedding (blog to come soon!). While I was in town, I spent my free time kickin' back with my nieces and nephew, watching Ratatouille, picking apples, stuffing my face with cider donuts, hanging out at soccer games, dreaming about the tooth fairy (thanks to Miss Julia, who lost her first tooth while I was there on Friday!) and making our regular trip to their absolutely fabulous library. I have serious library jealousy -- theirs is AMAZING.
So this is what they did on Sunday morning, before our trip the orchard. My little toes came oh so dangerously close to being run over many times in the making of these shots, but luckily my brother-in-law Andrew is an excellent 4-wheeler pilot and I walked away in one piece. It might even have been worth it to smash a toe or two, though. It was an awful lot of fun watching them zoom by me 800 times, screaming and giggling their little heads off.
These are the kind of family shots I love.... just having fun being their happy little kiddo selves.
